MID NORTH COAST ASTRONOMY – AUSTRALIA Official ‘Kick-Off sponsors of the World Wide Solstice Festival 21 June 2015 Laurieton Riverwalk Markets, Laurieton NSW.

As our membership now climbs to 106 we are proud to have been chosen to kick off the inaugural WORLD WIDE SOLSTICE FESTIVAL as the sun rises (before most countries) over Australia on the morning of 21 June 2015. As our activities expand we have decided to make this world-wide announcement:

We have now formed the ‘DAYSTAR FILTERS SOLAR ASTRONOMY SECTION’ of Mid North Coast Astronomy co-ordinated by our own Solar Expert Dave Cooper along with Dave Reneke. With grateful thanks to our magnificent sponsors Jen and Sean from DAYSTAR FILTERS (USA) in appreciation of their generous equipment donation making all this possible.
